Junior Achievement of Northwestern Ohio Receives $177,000 in Grants from Toledo Community Foundation

We are thrilled to announce that The Boards of Trustees of three Toledo Community Foundation Funds have approved grants in the total amount of $177,000 to us here at JANWO! A huge THANK YOU to the following funds and their respective boards of trustees:

The R.A. Stranahan, Jr. Charitable Advised Fund, $100,000
The Stranahan Supporting Organization, $25,000
TCF Board of Trustees, JANWO Scholarship Fund, $52,000

We have endured a challenging 12 months with the passing of former President Jeff Bosch, who served our organization for 19+ years. We are doing everything we can to get back to where we were, and the support of the Toledo Community Foundation has been crucial in helping to stabilize our organization and prioritize the 15,000 students we serve.

This funding support, above all, has demonstrated the community investment in the education and empowerment of students to own their future success and be prepared to succeed in a global economy. We are excited to revamp our impact and outreach to connect more professionals in the area with K-12 students. We cannot do what we do without the support from our community, and we are overwhelmed and humbled by the generosity of the Toledo Community Foundation.
